Collaborative Research Center for Advanced Systems and Materials Technology (CRC-ASMAT) is assisted by several UB Physics lecturers representing UB to work with ITB, UGM, ITS and UI in organizing ISSIMM international seminar. ISSIMM is a combination of International Conference on Sensor, Sensor System and Actuator (ICSSSA) and International Seminar on Instrumentation, Measurement and Metrology. ISSIMM 2016 is the first event after the two events are merged. In the event of ISSIMM 2016, UB to host with Chairman ISSIMM 2016 is a member of CRC-ASMAT Dr.-Ing. Setyawan P. Sakti, M. Eng. The main activities of the seminar were held on 10 August 2016 and continued with the Forum Instrumentation forum on August 11, 2016.
Prof. Tatsuhiko Aizawa from Shibaura Institute of Technology, Japan was invited as keynote Speaker conference. In addition, there are several speakers invited to the conference: 1). Prof. Gereon Elbers, FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany. 2). Prof. Mohd Fua’ad Rahmat, UTM, Malaysia. 3). Prof. Jakrapong Kaewkhao, NRPU, Thailand. 4). Dr. Mego Pinandito, LIPI, Indonesia. 5). Prof. Tosawat Seetawan, SNRU, Thailand. While the speakers for saresehan Forum Instrumentation (11 August 2016) namely: 1). Prof. Dr.-Ing. Mitra Djamal (UGM). 2). Prof. Jazi Eko Istiyanto, Ph. D. (Bapeten). 3). Dr.-Ing. Setyawan P. Sakti, M.Eng. (UB).
In ISSIMM 2016 it has presented 78% of papers from the abstract received where 6 titles of papers among them belong to CRC-ASMAT members. A total of 25 papers that have gone through further review stages after the conference have been published in the IEEE Xplore Conference Proceeding [ISBN: 978-1-5090-1127-8] incorporated into the Scopus index as well as other indexing services. The 2016 ISSIMM Conference is listed in the IEEE Conference with # 39445.
